UDC Ltd and GDPR

GDPR is a new law that protects you and your data and was introduced in May 2018. UDC Ltd takes your data very seriously and the data we hold is used to fulfil our commitment to our customers and to maintain our customer accounts effectively.
If you have previously ‘opted in’ to receive the occasional newsletter, you will continue to receive them. If you change your mind about receiving these emails, you can simply use the opt out at the bottom of any MailChimp and you won’t hear from us again (unless you opt back in or we need to contact you about the servicing of your account).
We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. By opting in to receive information from us via email you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.
